These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kashu Edutech website and your purchase of exam vouchers through us. By enquiring about, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Kashu Edutech is an authorized reseller of discounted exam vouchers for exams including PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT, GRE General, Duolingo English Test, CELPIP, OET, ACT, LanguageCert and PSI SFE (UKVI). We are not the exam-conducting body for any of these tests; we facilitate the purchase of genuine vouchers at a discounted rate.

2. Enquiries and Orders

• Voucher enquiries can be made via our website, phone, or email
• Prices displayed on our website are indicative and are confirmed at the time of enquiry
• An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by our team
• You are responsible for providing accurate information (name, email, exam type) required to issue your voucher

3. Pricing

Voucher prices may vary based on updates from the respective exam bodies and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed by our team at the time of your order is the price applicable to your purchase.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed in full before a voucher is issued. We accept UPI, bank transfer and other methods communicated to you during your enquiry. Kashu Edutech does not store your payment card details.

5. Voucher Delivery

Vouchers are typically delivered via email within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment, though delivery times may vary depending on the exam body's processing time. We will keep you informed of any delays via instant messaging, phone, or email.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All exam vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued
• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and the voucher process has been initiated
• In the rare event that a voucher cannot be issued due to an error on our part, we will provide a full refund or a replacement voucher, at our discretion
• Kashu Edutech is not responsible for exam bookings, rescheduling, or cancellations made directly with the exam body after voucher delivery

7. Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for verifying that you meet the eligibility criteria for the exam you are booking, and for providing accurate personal details for voucher issuance. Kashu Edutech is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

8. Use of Vouchers

Vouchers must be used in accordance with the terms set by the respective exam body, including any expiry dates. Misuse, resale, or fraudulent use of a voucher may result in it being invalidated by the exam body, for which Kashu Edutech bears no responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kashu Edutech's liability in connection with any voucher purchase is limited to the amount paid for that voucher. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including missed exam dates or application deadlines.

10. Communication Consent

By enquiring about our services, you consent to being contacted via phone, email, or instant messaging regarding your enquiry or order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
